Teen Book Review : I am Malala

This biography written by Malala Yousafzai portrays the life of a teenage girl in Pakistan named Malala. She has to deal with the fact that girls can’t go to school or do anything really. Despite this, Malala comes back and fights for her rights and ends up being shot by a group known as the Taliban, who were against women’s rights. Miraculously, she survived. Even after being shot, she kept on fighting and was never afraid.  That had an impact on me, and it showed me to never give up and to raise your voice for your cause. In other words, “be the change you want to see in the world”.  I am sure that this story will impact you as well in a positive manner.
