November is National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) and Syosset Public Library will be welcoming aspiring authors all month long. As a designated “Come Write In” location, we encourage writers to pull up a chair at any of our available tables to write your story. Looking to collaborate? The first floor allows talking. Want a quiet nook to concentrate? The second and third floors offer plenty of spots to scribble in silence. Want to meet other “WriMos”? Join us for a Kick Off event on Monday, November 5 from 7:30-8:30 PM and Wrap-up activities Monday, November 26 from 7:30–8:30 PM. Refreshments will be served.
