Promposal by Rhonda Helms

The book Promposal by Rhonda Helms was a great book that I would definitely recommend to my friends.  Of course, I had some positive and negative feedback.

The only problem I had with the book is that I felt the title and cover page was too cheesy.  I mean, I know there’s nothing anyone but the author can do about it.  But if I wanted to read a book, I would like it to have a good title.  Something that would grab my attention.  Honestly, if I saw the book, I would probably ignore it.

But you can’t judge a book by its cover.  I had a great time reading it.  I feel like the problems that main characters Camilla and Joshua face in this book would be faced by many teens.  Especially since the main topics involve prom and crushes.

The characters were great, detail in the book was amazing, and I love how it shows two different people’s points of view!

I liked the book “Sneaker Century” because it showed how sneakers and shows have evolved from the first shoe to the recent shoe.
