And under three full moons and the watchful eyes of his NightWing mother and IceWing father, the most powerful dragon Pyrhhia will ever know is clawing his way out of his egg. Darkstalker, the dragon who will change the world forever.Long before the SandWing war, lifetimes before the Dragonet Prophecy… darkness is born.

Review:
This was a tragic, thought-provoking book for a middle-grade novel. In fact, I read it late at night and then found myself unable to sleep, thinking about the final theme: There is never a clear cut between good and bad, unlike what the classic fairy tails or fantasy novels tell us about evil witches, monsters, mad scientists, etc. People make good and bad decisions, but one choice will never define someone completely. Most of the time, people don’t understand that what they are doing could harm others or themselves. This is a moral you don’t often see in books.

However, it was also violent and made me judge my morality as well. But that isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

I gave it a rating of 8/10 because the writing could be much cleaner, for it is not very impressive at the moment. Also, I believe that the relationships between characters could be much better drawn out.
